Alternative Dispute Resolution

In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Decree-Law 144/2015 of September 8, our Users are informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity. The ADR entity covering the geographic area of the Institution is the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa – www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt.
